FAQs

  • Shipping FAQs

    • Do You Ship Worldwide?

    Yes, we ship via USPS worldwide.  There wouldn’t be any tracking information available on these orders though.


    • What shipping options are available?

    We use UPS for domestic shipping, and USPS for domestic and worldwide shipping.


    • Will I have to pay sales tax to receive my order?

    If your order is being delivered to an address in the state of Tennessee, you will be charged sales tax.  If your order is shipped anywhere outside of Tennessee, there will not be any sales tax collected.


    • Are transit times being affected by COVID-19?

    Yes, currently transit times are running slower than what is “normal”, up to 10 days in transit. Hopefully we will see ship times shorten soon.


    • How long will it take to receive my order?

    For domestic (within the US) we are seeing transit times of about 5-7 days.  When we receive an order, thru our online store, it is usually shipped within 3 business days of the receipt of the order.  From time to time, we may be out of certain items due to unforeseen demand, but this will only delay your order by 2-3 days in most circumstances.


  • Apparel Quality

    • Do your shirts shrink? 

    Most of the apparel we sell are “pre-shrunk” items, and aren’t expected to shrink any smaller than they are when you receive them.  That said, if you wash your clothes in HOT water and dry them on the HIGH setting, there is a chance that your items may indeed shrink a little.


    • Will the colors fade over time?

    We only use the very best of garments available with our products, and being color fast (color won’t fade) is a high priority.  But there are many conditions out there, and we cannot guarantee that some color fading may occur over time.


    • How do I take care of and wash my shirt?

    Machine wash in cold, and tumble dry on low. Never iron any of our garments.


    •  What are your shirts made from?

    Whenever possible, our shirts are the very best, 100% cotton available.  100% cotton not only gives the shirt a great soft feel, it also enables the design that is printed on the shirt to look it’s best.  If 100% cotton isn’t available, the highest cotton blend will be used.


    • Are your shirts screen printed?

    Our t-shirt designs are directly printed onto the garment.  Sometimes there may be exceptions to this, for instance, we may offer an item that is dye-sublimated.  Whatever the process we choose for each shirt, you can rest assured that it is the very best process for that item.  


    Why does my shirt texture vary in areas?

    Our shirts are heat cured and some will have a print pretreatment, this means some areas of the fabric may be flat, lighter or more "stiff" than other areas. Once it has been washed, it will even out! 


  • Policies

    • No Refunds

    Only exchanges, if apparel item is unused. 

    All headwear Sales Final!


    • What happens if it doesn’t fit? (Does not apply to Custom Apparel Orders.)

    When you receive your order from us, first try on the item to make sure it fits.  If it doesn’t fit, simply send the un-used apparel back to us, and we will replace it with the correct size at no additional cost to you.  Please note, you will need to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us, but we will not charge you a second shipping fee when we send you the updated sized item. We must recieve the un-used item back to us before we can send out the replacement. 


    • How long do I have to exchange an item?

    As long as the apparel has not been used/washed, you may exchange it within 30 days of purchase. You can exchange it for an item of the same price (or less). Any exchange may take up to 30 days. 

    Return shipping cost is customers responsibility.
